A 20‑year‑old man is set to face court after being charged following a drug bust in Balaklava over the weekend.
Police searched a local property on Friday, where they allegedly uncovered a large quantity of cannabis, along with drug packaging, scales and other equipment.
Officers also allegedly seized illegal vapes and a number of prohibited weapons during the search.

The Balaklava man has been charged with trafficking in a controlled drug, possessing prescribed equipment, possessing prescription medication and possessing a prohibited weapon.
He has been granted bail and is due to appear in court in May.
