Rental data from December 2023 has been analysed, and the worst places in regional South Australia to find a rental have been identified.
Topping the list is Whyalla Jenkins in the Eyre Peninsula and South West region, with just one advertised rental in December last year and 189 total private rentals in the postcode.
Lower North and Yorke Peninsula suburbs also made the list, including Moonta, Kadina, Clare and Port Hughes.
