SA Health is taking action against local shops for selling illegal nicotine vapes.
Authorities have been fining unlicensed businesses $1,000 dollars for selling vapes and licenced venues $500 for breaching licence conditions including selling vapes containing nicotine.
About sixty per cent of the businesses caught in the recent state-wide sting were in country areas.
