Emergency Services in Gladstone, Crystal Brook and Jamestown Need Volunteers

Emergency services in Gladstone, Crystal Brook, and Jamestown urgently need more volunteer recruits to sustain their services.

The SA Ambulance Service launched the Answer the Call campaign, aiming to increase volunteers in various stations.

Census data shows a decline in volunteering rates. SAAS is looking for at least 10 more volunteers at each station to share roster hours equitably.

Volunteers receive training and support from SAAS, and all costs are covered.
