A Third Person Has Died Following the Fatal Crash Last Week at Everard Central

A third person has died following the fatal crash last week at Everard Central, near Blyth.

Last Tuesday evening emergency services were called to the intersection of Templeton and Blyth Road following a crash between a van and a Car.

The driver of the car, from Jamestown, and her passenger, from Clare, sadly died at the scene.

A rear passenger of the Car, an 86-year-old man from Clare, was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition, where sadly he died from his injuries on Monday.

Their deaths are the 94th, 95th and 97th lives lost on SA roads compared with 60 at the same time last year.

As a result of investigations, the 28-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of cause death by dangerous driving and two counts of cause serious injury by dangerous driving.
