Police have arrested a 14-year-old boy following a brief vehicle pursuit in Whyalla Stuart.
Officers allegedly attempted to stop an SUV on Winston Street around 1:15am on Thursday, 13 November, after the vehicle was seen driving without its lights on.
It is alleged the vehicle sped off, but the pursuit was soon terminated for safety.

The boy was later found nearby and arrested for driving unlicensed, illegal use of a motor vehicle, and failing to stop as directed.
He appeared in court on Thursday.
