Melrose Strawberry Fete

The Melrose Strawberry Fete is on Sunday the 1st of November from 10am to 4pm, bringing a full day of fun to Melrose under Mount Remarkable.

Expect stacks of stalls, kids’ activities, car and motorbike displays, strawberry treats and plenty more.

It’s the perfect place to relax, wander and enjoy a sweet weekend in Melrose with a great family vibe.

And don’t forget the Patty Pan Cake Challenge — juniors, youth and adults can all take part.

Just bring your patty pan cake to the Melrose Institute by 10am for judging.

Free entry, and everyone’s welcome at the 2026 Melrose Strawberry Fete.
