Suspicious Car Fire Under Investigation in Whyalla Norrie

Police are investigating a suspicious car fire that broke out in Whyalla Norrie early Thursday morning.

Emergency crews were called to a home on Nicholson Avenue just before 2am on 3 July, where they found a small fire inside the cabin of a Holden hatchback.

The blaze was quickly extinguished, but the car’s interior sustained some damage.

Whyalla Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are now treating the fire as suspicious.
