Julia Garner leads the cast as Mrs. Gandy, a schoolteacher whose world is shattered when her entire class vanishes without warning. At precisely 2:17 a.m., every child in her care rises from bed, walks out into the darkness, and disappears — leaving no clues behind.
As panic spreads and accusations mount, Mrs. Gandy finds herself at the centre of a community on the edge of collapse. Josh Brolin plays one of the distraught, furious parents demanding answers, while Alden Ehrenreich portrays a local officer struggling to contain the rising hysteria.
