Gwyneth Paltrow has done something ballsy and labelled her film as a “disaster”.
In a recent interview in a Netflix US-tweeted video in which she plays a game called “The BFF Test With Gwyneth Paltrow” with assistant Kevin Keating.
What’s interesting about this is that she has come out and admitted her role co-starring in the 2001 drama Shallow Hal was her “Least favourite performance.”
Paltrow was paid close to $15 million dollars to play a 136-kilogram woman (seems oddly specific) who teaches the title character played by Jack Black that beauty is only skin deep.
Paltrow has previously admitted she felt “humiliated” filming the flick.
2001 interview with W Magazine she said, “The clothes they make for women that are overweight are horrible,” Paltrow said. “I felt humiliated because people were really dismissive.”
After watching that trailer, I am horrified. How was this film even made?
I can see why Gwen has labelled the film as a “disaster”.
