Rowan Ramsey has claimed his fifth victory in the seat of Grey in the Federal Election over the weekend.
Votes are still being counted but Mr Ramsey has scored more than 60% of first preference votes.
This is a significant jump from the 2016 election where he claimed 42%.
Mr Ramsey’s declaration comes after consistent predictions of a Liberal win in the seat, which the party has held since 1993.
Labor’s Karin Bolton sits on just 37% of first primary votes.
Centre Alliance Candidate for Grey Andrea Broadfoot’s primary vote sits at just 5.5% with 78% counted.
