Historic sites across the region will be hotspots for history buffs as South Australia’s History Festival kicks off at the end of the month.
Whyalla will host nine of the 14 events on the Eyre Peninsula as a part of a statewide celebration of our heritage.
Other events will take place on the Yorke Peninsula, Clare Valley, Mid North and Flinders Ranges.
The Copper Coast will host a Cornish history seminar and the Maritime Museum, HMAS Whyalla, Mt Laura Homestead Museum, and Whyalla Steelworks will be hosting a range of events.
