Short Film Workshop This Weekend

film camera.jpgThere is one more chance to brush up on your short film skills at a workshop this weekend before entries close for the 60 Second Film Festival as a part of uneARTh Whyalla.

The first workshop in February was a success with the festival a new addition to the 2019 Whyalla Film Festival.

The new innovative category encourages people with a short film idea about Whyalla to get involved and create even further creative diversity and community involvement.

The best 60-second films will be shown in conjunction with the feature films at the Whyalla Film Festival.

Entries for the 60 Second Film Festival close on Monday, March 25. All finished films are to be emailed to [email protected] in mp4 format with completed and scanned copies of the entry form on the back page of the free printable resource book (see link below). Alternatively they can be dropped in to the Middleback Arts Centre on a USB with completed forms in an envelope marked clearly with “60 Second Film Fest” and your name (or school/class).

The Whyalla Film Festival will be screening on Friday, April 12 at the Middleback Arts Centre with a diverse, exciting and entertaining catalogue of films to be announced soon.
