A Port Pirie man charged with the murder of a 49-year-old Nuriootpa man in February has faced the Port Augusta Magistrates Court this week.
The 39-year-old man accused has had his case pushed back another two months and he was remanded in custody at Wednesday’s court appearance.
The case was postponed due to the post mortem report just being completed and outstanding material still needing to be completed.
The case will be revisited in October.
The accused was arrested in February when police found the body of the victim at a Telowie Beach Campground.
