Drugs and weapons seized by police in Port Augusta

police line.jpgThree men have been arrested after police discovered a firearm and drugs inside a Port Augusta house.
Just after 10pm on Sunday night, police got a call that a sheep carcass had been dumped in scrubland at Stirling North-apparently shot.
Police eventually ended up at an address nearby-where they allegedly found a sawn of rifle-some ammunition and a pair of knuckle dusters-and a quantity of methamphetamine.
As a result, three men; aged 29,24 and 20 years old have all been arrested and been given a number of charges; including trafficking a controlled drug, and possessing a firearm and ammunition without a licence.
