Young Drink Driver Fined at Pirie

A Risdon Park man has been fined more than $1200 after he was detected drink driving at Port Pirie South.

Just before 2.30am, a Port Pirie police patrol stopped a Ford ute in Port Pirie South for a random breath test.

The driver, a 22-year-old man from Risdon Park was issued an 'on the spot fine' after he allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.054.

He was fined for drink driving and also breaching provisional licence conditions.
