The easy-to-use defibrillation units feature intuitive instructions and voice prompts to guide users through the resuscitation process.

Equipped with advanced technology, these units can analyze a patient’s condition and deliver a precisely calibrated electric shock if needed.

CEO John Banks expressed the council’s commitment to providing a sense of security for the community by having these defibrillation units readily available.

Community members hosting events in the Port Augusta region can now loan these units if the event location lacks its own defibrillation equipment.

To borrow the defibrillation units, contact the Community Development team at the Port Augusta Cultural Centre.
