Locals have until 21 August to sign a petition urging the State Government to keep Port Pirie’s Hammill House Aged Care Facility open.
The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network will reveal their decision for the future of the facility tomorrow before the final decision is put to the Minister for Health and Wellbeing Chris Picton.
The petition has been organised by Member for Stuart Geoff Brock alongside a concerned citizen and can be signed at his office in the Ellen Centre.
