A 38-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman have been charged with deception in connection with the recent circulation of counterfeit notes in the Yorke Mid North region.
Police allegedly found more than 30 fake notes, an imitation firearm, and a machete during a search of a home in North Moonta on Tuesday.
The man was also charged with weapons offences and appeared in court yesterday.

Police say the arrests form part of an ongoing investigation into counterfeit currency, with forensic examinations continuing.
