Road Safety Seminar in Port Augusta tonight

road safety.jpgThe Motor Accident Commission is holding a road safety seminar in Port Augusta tonight.

The MAC Road Safety Seminar will focus on safe practices to follow while driving, and will have an emphasis on the theme “Slow Down Before Things Get Hairy”.

The South Australian police will discuss how to make informed choices and educated decisions on the road.

There will also be discussions on peer pressure, choices, risks and consequences around the Fatal 5, drink and drug driving, speeding, distraction, dangerous road users and seatbelts.

The seminar will be held tonight at the West Augusta Football Club, Gardiner Avenue, Port Augusta.

There will be a barbeque at 7:00pm, before the seminar commences at 7:30pm.
