Pasta Cook-Off

Matt and Rosie took the kitchens of Caffe Primo Port Augusta this morning, under the guidance of head chef Kieran Hurrel, for the Pasta Cook-Off.

They had to use at least 2 of the 3 key ingredients: anchovies, bacon and blue cheese.

Rosie whipped up a saucy, spicy tomato based dish using the anchovies and bacon while Matt went for a creamy alternative, taking in the bacon and blue vein cheese.

And while it was super close, Rosie managed to not shame herself, and came out on top.
